BROW CARE ROUTINE

Leave sealant cream on throughout the day. Please follow the brow wash instructions stated below:

  • Dispense 1-2 pumps of the brow wash onto your finger tips and gently scrub in the direction of your hair growth. Avoid excessive scrubbing.

  • Gently dry your brows with a paper towel/gauze pads. Do not use a body towel as they carry bacteria.

  • Apply a sheer layer of the balm to your brows—a rice grain amount of the balm should be sufficient for both. Your brows should feel hydrated while also being able to breathe. This helps promote the healing process.

Repeat brow wash instructions for the next two weeks, 2x a day (AM+PM). Discontinue the wash once the brows are fully healed.

The aftercare supplies provided in the kit are enough to last through the initial and touch up sessions. An additional $15 will be charged for a follow up kit is needed.

DAY OF PROCEDURE

DURING THE HEALING PROCESS

Do not touch, pick, or scratch the brows. Prematurely picking at the scabs may potentially pull the pigment out of the skin.

Do not apply makeup or products ONTO the brows while they are healing to avoid infection. It is considered an open wound that appreciates open to air while healing.

Avoid any facial regimens (creams, retinols, acne products, etc) on the brows while they are healing. You can resume once the brows are fully healed.

Keep the brow area dry- no sweating or swimming for 10-14 days.

Avoid direct sun exposure (wear a hat). Once fully healed, wear 30 SPF sunscreen.

Avoid sleeping on your face and change your current pillowcase for a clean one. This will help to avoid premature flaking which could cause loss of pigment.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NEXT 14+ DAYS

DAY 1-3: Brows will appear darker, bolder and slightly uneven. The pigment is sitting on top of the skin and is nicely visible. Over the next few days:

  • the pigment will stand out more

  • shape appear bigger + thicker

  • richer in color

  • skin is dry

DAY 5-14: Brows will start to scab in small segments, peel off, and feel itchy.

DAY 15-30: Brows will appear lighter, almost to the point of disappearing. This is called the ghosting phase.

DAY 30+: The color will slowly resurface and settle to its true appearance. It is more vivid than the previous days and should appear natural. Most parts of the brows are nicely healed, but can be patchy up until 40 days. This can be fixed at the touch up.

***Touch up sessions are separate from the initial fees***
